摘要: Abstract Two TiB2:(Na2B4O7–Al2O3)=3:5 and TiB2:(1.28Na2B4O7–Al2O3)=6:7 compositions, named 5DB 7DB respectively, were prepared by combustion synthesis in simultaneous mode at 800, 900 1000 °C. X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), UV–vis room high temperature Raman measurements carried out to investigate the products. The crystalline phase of composite yielded 1000 °C (5DB_1000), which represents 62 wt%, mostly consists TiB2 (93 wt%) while Ti2O3 accounts for only 7 wt%. Also, Na2Al2B2O7 compound was found crystallize borate glassy matrix (5/7) DB composites obtained lower temperatures. Proportion tetrahedral boron atoms, N4, blank embedding sodium aluminium matrices from frequency spectra using a constrained-width model order agree with literature NMR data. oxidation stability below 600 °C crystallites proved in-situ air.
