摘要: Opportunistic routing [1, 2] was shown to improve the network throughput greatly. The core idea is allow any node in forwarder list, which overhears transmission and closer destination participate forwarding packet. nodes list are prioritized lower priority will discard packet if it has been forwarded by a higher forwarder. One open problem how select prioritize efficiently. In paper, we investigate minimize energy consumptions. We study case where power of each fixed (known as non-adjustable model) well able adjust its for adjustable model). Energy optimum algorithms both cases presented analyzed. Worth mention that, our methods do not assume geometrical properties or models, they apply practical dynamic wireless networks. addition, conducted extensive simulations TOSSIM performance proposed protocol comparing with ExOR [1].
