ORTT delivered 2-h small groups of MDS simulated OR setting 4 posts: ‘entering OR’; ‘surgical hand disinfection’; ‘dressing up for surgery preparing surgical field’, ‘debriefing’. evaluated features quality through 2 specific questionnaires. Structured field notes by education specialist observers were analyzed thematically. On Likert scales − 2 + 2, mean overall satisfaction was + 1.91 (±0.3) and + 1.66 (±0.6 SD) while rated + 1.89 self-rated + 1.34 (±0.5) ORTT. Students highlighted that training fostered mutual understanding provided insight into corresponding profession. Undergraduate among control proved feasible high educational quality. Inducing between might improve collaboration patient safety.
