摘要: Department of Physical Therapy, College Health Science, Youngsan University Purpose:This study was conducted to compare the effect visual feedback training using mirror and thetraining without on balance in people with hemiplegic paralysis. Methods:A total 26 stroke patients were enrolled this study. The participants allocated randomly to2 groups: group(n=13) control group(n=13). Both groups received PNF(proprioceptiveneuromuscular facilitation) for 5 times(each 30 minutes) per week over 6 weeks period. group, which isenrolled feed back training, performed additional exercise front minutes. Thecontrol group same mirror. data analyzed a paired t-test independentt-test determine statistical significance. Results:The showed significantly increased foot pressure pressurecompared group(p<.05) decreased body sway compared group(p<.05). Also, significant increase Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Timed Up Go test(TUG) group(p<.05).Conclusion:These results support perceived benefits augmentthe patients. Therefore, is feasible suitable forstroke
