摘要: Abstract Naegleria fowleri is a pathogenic free-living amoeba that commonly found in warm, freshwater and can cause rapidly fulminant disease known as primary amoebic meningoencephalitis (PAM). New drugs are urgently needed to treat PAM, the fatality rate >97%. Until recently, few advances have been made discovery of new for N. one drawback lack validated tools methods enhance drug diagnostics research.
