摘要: Abstract Epigenetic variations can play remarkable roles in different normal and abnormal situations. Such have been shown to a direct role the pathogenesis of various diseases either through inhibition tumor suppressor genes or increasing expression oncogenes. Enzymes involving epigenetic machinery are main actors tuning epigenetic-based controls on gene expressions. Aberrant these enzymes trigger big chaos cellular networks finally lead cancer progression. This situation has types leukemia, where high low levels an enzyme partly highly responsible for involvement progression disease. DNA hypermethylation, histone modifications, aberrant miRNA expressions three variations, which leukemia based treatments now considered as novel effective therapies order decrease modifications patient cells. Different approaches developed tested inhibit reverse unusual agents leukemia. The reciprocal behavior miRNAs regulation modifiers, while being regulated by them, unlocks new opportunity design some able silence sensitize effectors
