摘要: Total synthesis of antimalarial diterpenoid (+)-kalihinol A, isolated from marine sponge Acanthella sp., is achieved. This total involves regioselective alkylation an epoxide, construction a tetrahydropyran ring by iodo-etherification, cis-decalin intramolecular Diels–Alder reaction, isomerization to trans-decalin, and subsequent functionalization the trans-decalin ring.
