摘要: A genetically engineered live bacterium which is adapted to selectively replicate in and colonize a selected tissue type within the mammal, concurrently produce at least one protease-sensitive cytotoxic molecule degradable by proteases type, protease inhibitor peptide inhibit from proteolytically degrading sensitive molecule. The combination results higher concentrations of local colonization, while permitting degradation further away colonization.
