摘要: An organic electroluminescent device is disclosed which protected from dark spot formation. The comprised of, in sequence, a support, an anode, medium, and cathode. cathode contains plurality of metals, at least one low work function metal other than alkali metal. Overlying the protective layer mixture component medium having range 4.0 to 4.5 eV capable being oxidized presence ambient moisture.
