摘要: Politics and the professions often have different standpoints on development planning investment decisions in public sector. Opposing views, lack of understanding an inability to accept compromises execution investments frequently cause deviations which ultimately reveal themselves negative economic consequences. Effective successful sector is one key tasks a state or local community. For this reason we undertaken detailed investigation issue with goal devising tool form model system for support decision making. In order make it easier appraisers makers express their opinions natural individual manner, introduced appraisal linguistic values through use fuzzy logic. The purpose article present characteristics structure coordinating opinions, progress results its case two Slovenian municipalities.
