摘要: An inhomogeneous magnetic exchange field at a superconductor/ferromagnet interface converts spin-singlet Cooper pairs to spin-polarized triplet state. Although the decay envelope of within ferromagnetic materials is well studied, little known about their in nonmagnetic metals and superconductors and, particular, presence spin-orbit coupling (SOC). Here, we investigate devices which singlet supercurrents propagate into s-wave superconductor Nb. In normal state Nb, over distance 5 nm, an order magnitude smaller than due SOC. superconducting are not able couple with wave function thus blocked by absence available equilibrium states gap. The results offer insight dynamics between states.
