Anion Distributions and Phase Transitions in CuS1-xSex(x = 0-1) Studied by Raman Spectroscopy

摘要: Anion distributions and phase transitions in CuS1-xSex (x = 0-1), which are isostructural with CuS (covellite), have been studied through the Raman spectroscopic measurements. In hexagonal type structure, there exist two different anion sites (2c 4e of space group P63/mmc), it has shown that selenium atoms occupy preferentially these solid solutions. The temperature dependences frequencies peaks also measured for seven samples range from 300 to 80 K. For each sample except CuSe, lowest frequency peak soft mode behavior, is considered be related structural transition. These results discussed referring those obtained by X-ray diffraction method. solutions, transition temperatures rise increasing contents.
