Protective effect of weak pulsed magnetic fields on early ontogeny of tugun Coregonus tugun (Pallas) under conditions of chronic oil pollution

摘要: The state of internal organs in tugun larvae was analyzed histologically the intact (control) group, group treated with a water-soluble oil fraction (WSOF) fivefold excess over maximum allowable concentration, and exposed weak pulsed magnetic field at stage hatching, prior to treatment WSOF. Larvae second had severe pathologies inner that caused 100% mortality before age 15 days, but no pathomorphological changes juvenile fish third were revealed for up 40 days. Probable causes high resistance toxic agent experimental are discussed.
