摘要: A new class of ferroelectric coordination-based polymers has been developed by the self-assembly lipophilic zinc porphyrin (ZnP) and ditopic bridging ligands. The ligands contain dipolar benzothiadiazole or fluorobenzene units, which are axially coordinated to ZnP with dipole moments oriented perpendicular coordination axes. show characteristics in liquid crystalline state, as revealed distinctive hysteresis polarization-electric field (P-E) loops inversion current peaks current-voltage (I-V) loops. observed properties explainable flip-flop rotation axle induced applied electric field, demonstrated positive-up-negative-down (PUND) measurements. present system provides a operating principle supramolecular ferroelectrics.
