摘要: Streptococcus agalactiae is an obligate parasite and contagious pathogen living within the epithelial cells lining of acini bovine udder, causing milk disease mastitis particularly subclinical in dairy cattle. This bacterial also causes infection pre-milking heifers, as well neonates. We performed whole genome sequencing strain 09mas018883 agalactiae. carried out a reference guided assembly short paired end reads generated from Illumina Genome Analyzer II using A909 S. reference; result draft sequence was generarted. The length this 2127931 bps, consisting 2129 protein coding genes. made comparison nickel operons nikABCDE with those few others strains to observe genetic diversification region among different strains. Along pathogenicity islands, these might be involved conversion non-pathogenic bacteria pathogenic through horizontal gene transfer (HGT).
