摘要: Abstract Objective : To determine whether a relationship existed across trials between evoked gamma and reaction time in conventional cognitive ERP paradigm. Methods Auditory oddball data 40 normal subjects was examined. A moving Welch window short FFT were employed to elucidate the course of (29 45 Hz) activity each single-trial target ERP. The point with maximum total amplitude (across all sites) identified automatically, associated amplitude, power latency this peak determined. Spearman's rank correlation examine these measures time. Results highly significant robust found ( P =0.000001). Further frequency analysis revealed that primarily confined 37 41 Hz band. This narrow band finding, coupled fact finding remained after exclusion possibly EMG contaminated epochs, indicated effect not due contamination. No or found. Conclusions Peak correlated seems likely have functional significance relation stimulus processing.
