Does the Meeting Centres Support Programme reduce unmet care needs of community-dwelling older people with dementia? A controlled, 6-month follow-up Polish study.

摘要: Introduction In Poland we lack a multidisciplinary and coordinated system of care for people with dementia, which would take the form an evidence-based pathway number reports on holistic approach to caring living this diagnosis is very low. Aim study The aim was investigate whether Meeting Centres Support Programme (MCSP) effective in meeting needs older dementia.
