摘要: This study was aimed at assessing the prenatal exposure to perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic (PFOA) in a cohort of pregnant women living Reus (Tarragona County, Catalonia, Spain). These chemicals were biomonitored maternal plasma during first trimester pregnancy, delivery, cord blood. The dietary PFOS PFOA estimated by using questionnaires food frequency water intake, as well data on levels previously reported same area. In addition, through air inhalation indoor dust ingestion also calculated. Finally, physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model applied order establish fetus/child adjust assessment vs. biomonitoring results. Probabilistic calculations fetal performed forward internal dosimetry Monte-Carlo simulation. Mean 0.45, 0.13 0.12 ng/mL trimester, delivery plasma, while those 2.93, 2.21, 1.17 ng/mL, respectively. Traces found all samples almost blood samples. Transplacental transfers be around 70% 60%, A temporal decrease trend noticed, when comparing current values with obtained 10 years ago agreement many other studies, intake main route our women. It is an important issue critical windows periods such development perfluoroalkylated substances, but endocrine disrupting chemicals.
