摘要: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) is a neuropathic pain disorder defined by the presence of distinct clinical features including allodynia, hyperalgesia, sudomotor and vasomotor abnormalities, trophic changes. The experienced disproportionate to degree tissue injury persists beyond normal expected time for healing. pathophysiology multifactorial involves dysregulation in both sympathetic central nervous systems, with likely genetic, inflammatory psychological contributions. There are two subtypes: type I, formerly known as reflex dystrophy, II, causalgia. Type I occurs absence nerve trauma, while II setting trauma. Clinically they indistinguishable follow regional rather than dermatomal or peripheral distribution favor distal extremities, though spread outside initially affected area commonly proximal contralateral limb. CRPS further subdivided into "warm" versus "cold," sympathetically-maintained (SMP) sympathetically-independent (SIP), which may affect prognosis treatment options.
