摘要: Abstract A new electrophoretic method for the determination of adenine nucleotides in picomole amounts is described. The depends upon careful balancing effective mobilities component to be analyzed, e.g., ADP, and an inert carrier (e.g., acetate) during isotachophoretic analysis, whereby a steady-state mixed zone ADP its generated. This makes it possible spectrophotometrically quantify traces at concentration level several orders magnitude below that other sample constituents. comparison was made between this luciferase assay using firefly lantern extract. Although more time-consuming than not quite as sensitive, precise has advantage anions are also measured. may used trace analysis nucleotides, AMP, NAD(H), FAD.
