摘要: Traditional ballasted railway track substructure usually consists of graded layers granular media ballast and subballast (capping) placed above a compacted subgrade (formation soil). Ballast particles breakdown deteriorate progressively under heavy train cyclic loading. Breakage is always associated with deformation, which requires costly regular maintenance in the form replacing degraded (recycled) fresh aggregates subsequent re-compaction (tamping). In this paper, use geosynthetics for improving deformation degradation characteristics recycled investigated. The prospective three different types (i.e. geogrid, geotextile, geocomposite) enhancing performance loading examined using large-scale prismoidal triaxial rig. A plane strain finite element analysis (PLAXIS) rig also carried out used to obtain optimum location substructure. results indicate that stabilizing tracks improves consequently, reduces cost.
