摘要: Background Diabetic foot ulcer care demonstrates a beneficial approach to overcoming problems in patients with diabetes. This is frequently given but not always successfully implemented due its fragmentation amid healthcare providers. What's more, there are number of different understandings, interchangeable languages and an absence uniformity overlapping terminologies meaning for diabetic care. Therefore, analysing the concept important provide wider nursing knowledge, synthesise greater theoretical model drive more effective ulcer. Objective article aimed analyse how clearly defined relevant evidence as it has several implications practice. Method Walker Avant's (1995) method analysis was systematically used this study. Findings Three critical attributes were determined consisting assessment, intervention evaluation. Constructed cases also presented differentiate from other concepts. results care, defines operational definition describes common goals that improve clarity, consistency understanding professionals along researchers. Conclusion Effective implementation DFU into clinical practice may undoubtedly patient outcomes prevent complexities years come. Future research needs be developed evaluating current use concept.
