摘要: Aim.  To investigate the effectiveness of a nurse short message service (SMS) by cellular phone and wire Internet on plasma glucose levels in people with diabetes for six months. Background.  Blood management system using telemedicine approaches may maintain appropriate blood type-2 diabetic patients. Design.  A control group pre-test–post-test design was used to assess nurse's education. Methods.  Twenty-five patients were randomly assigned an intervention 26 group. The applied months. goal keep concentrations close normal range. Participants requested input their level, diet exercise diary everyday website or Internet. researcher sends optimal recommendations each patient SMS weekly. Results.  Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) decreased 1·15% points at three months 1·05% compared baseline Patients had decrease two hours post meal (2HPMG) 85·1 mg/dl 63·1 mg/dl baseline. Conclusion.  This web-based improved HbA1c 2HPMG patients. Relevance clinical practice.  An can reduce patients.
