摘要: Patient and staff education concerning the subtle signs symptoms that precede a clinical diagnosis of preterm labor have not been well established. Therefore we interviewed 100 patients for presence or absence various during 7 days preceding labor. An additional without matched gestation were chosen at random as control subjects. A history increased uterine contractions, menstrual cramps, constant backache, pelvic pressure, amount consistency color change vaginal discharge, frequency urination present with statistically significant higher in compared controls. Twenty-nine percent did report any contractions only half described them painful. Fewer than 50% women reported frequently every 10 minutes more.
