摘要: Purpose: This paper presents an approach towards improving the test rig performance in reproduction of random excitation to which a prototype hydraulic damper is subjected. The method intended be implemented as software solution without modifications either hardware or settings servo-hydraulic tester. These are conditions fatigue tests when specific signal sequence (block) repeated until failure sample. Design/methodology/approach: Experimental validation proposed correction was conducted using and transfer function inverse model identified based on operational data. Findings: method, both frequency time domain, improves tracking allows accuracy more than 95% gained best fit measure case coloured noise signals. Research limitations/implications: It possible consider advanced model-based methods for performing off-line error correction, e.g. state-space models. Practical implications: validated LabVIEW® automatically perform before test. with tested object. Originality/value: proposes control strategy that load repeatable sequences achieving 99% agreement between applied
