摘要: Abstract Objective To investigate the effects of intramuscular injection vitamin E-selenium and a GnRH analogue (GnRHa) on reproductive performance serum biochemical parameters in post-molt male broiler breeders. Methods A total 32 ROSS 308 breeders (60 weeks age) were induced to molt then randomly distributed into four groups: group 1 (control) without any injection, 2 subjected 0.1 mL/kg body weight E-selenium, 3 0.3 mL. Receptal solution as GnRHa IV both GnRHa. Results The results showed that egg hatchability fertility percentages increased eggs infertility percentage declined significantly groups 4 ( P  > 0.05). blood indicated glucose was higher which injected with testosterone concentration Conclusions It is concluded improved by treated
