摘要: In this paper we present the results obtained on plasma focus PF‐1000 in IPPLM Warsaw and z‐pinch S‐300 RRC Kurchatov Institute Moscow using a deuterium load. On plasma‐focus device with filling gas energy of neutrons time their generation are determined by time‐of‐flight method from seven scintillation detectors positioned axial direction. The neutron signals (total yield ∼1011 per shot) correlate hard x‐rays maximum occur ∼150–200 ns after pinch phase. initial portion pulse has beam‐target origin downstream energies up to 2.8–3.2 MeV final isotropic distribution range 2.2–2.7 MeV. experiments were performed generator load formed deuterated CD2 fibre axis tungsten wire array. 5 side‐on total 3×109 shot produced 1.8–3.2 at 10–30 phase represented dip current waveform, peak voltage minimum diameter. velocities is random within solid angle. both devices non‐thermal mechanism deuterons accelerated above 100 keV partially anode‐cathode direction almost expansion, i.e.
