摘要: This work describes the synthesis and structure of new segmented polyurethanes (SPURs) formed from an aliphatic diisocyanate [1,1′-methanediylbis(4-isocyanatocyclohexane] (Desmodur W®) unconventional sulfur-containing chain extender [2,2′-methylenebis([4,1-phenylene]methylenesulfanediyl)diethanol]. Soft segments were poly(oxytetramethylene)diol M¯n = 1000 g/mol (PTMO) or poly(hexametylene carbonate)diol M¯n = 860 g/mol (PHCD). For all polymers, structure, physicochemical, thermal, mechanical properties determined. In addition, for selected optical (refractive index transparency), adhesive properties, antimicrobial activity also The type amount soft segment used SPURs had a significant effect on polymers. PHCD are characterized by higher glass transition temperatures, molar masses, hardness (up to 91/50°Sh in scale A/D), tensile strengths 36.5 MPa) but lower elongations at break compared with PTMO. tests adhesion showed that PHCD-based SPUR was value refractive index, transparency, more than three times strength PTMO-based SPUR. Antimicrobial studies presence medium inhibited proliferation both Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
