摘要: Preoperative nomograms offer systematic and quantitative methods to assess patient- stone-related characteristics their impact on successful treatment potential risk of complication. Discrepancies in the correlation perioperative variables patient outcomes have led individual development, validation, application four independent scoring systems for percutaneous nephrolithotomy: Guy’s stone score, S.T.O.N.E. nephrolithometry, Clinical Research Office Endourology Society nomogram, Seoul National University Renal Stone Complexity. The optimal nomogram should high predictive ability, be practically integrated into clinical use, widely applicable urinary disease. Herein, we seek provide a contemporary evaluation advantages, disadvantages, commonalities each system. While current data is insufficient conclude which system destined become gold standard, it crucial that nephrolithometric incorporated common practice improve surgical planning, counseling, outcome assessment.
