摘要: Improved versions of traditionally employed synthetic reactions and newly developed for thioamides thiolactams reported within five years are introduced in this chapter. As starting materials, carbonyl compounds such as aldehydes, ketones, acids, amides, esters used combination with elemental sulfur or other sources, amines. Alkynes, benzylic halides, amines, nitriles also provide the carbon atom C=S group. To achieve direct replacement oxygen ordinary amides atom, thionating reagents involving P=S bonds developed. Alternatively, reactive species generated situ.
