摘要: Objective: To observe the influence of propofol, isoflurane and enflurance on interleukin-8 (IL-8) IL-10 levels in cancer patients. Methods: Ninety patients with selective operation from March 2011 to May 2014 were randomly divided into group A (34 cases), B (28 cases) C cases). Intramuscular injections scopine hydrochloride phenobarbital sodium routinely conducted 3 groups. After general anesthesia was induced, tracheal intubations given. During maintenance anesthesia, 0.5~1.0 mg/ kg propofol intravenously injected discontinuously, while continuous suctions subsequently performed correspondingly. Clinical outcomes, postoperative complications as well serum IL-8 before (T0), at time skin incision (T1), h after beginning (T2) 24 (T3) 72 (T4) observed among Results: Operations all groups successfully completed. The rates surgery associated 8.82% (3/34), 7.14% (2/28) A, C, respectively, there no significant differences ( P>0.05). Serum increased gradually reached peak T3, evidently higher each point than T0 (P 0.05), but T2, T3 T4 P<0.05). Moreover, correlation analysis suggested that level positive relation (r=0.952, P<0.01). Conclusions: Propofol, which is better inhibiting secretion improving enflurance, can be regarded a preferable anesthetic agent traumatic inflammatory responses.
