摘要: There is increasing interest in using control charts for monitoring and improving software processes, particularly quality processes like reviews testing. In a chart, limits are established attributes and, if any point falls outside the limits, it assumed to be due special causes that need identified eliminated. If too tight, they may raise many "false alarms" wide, miss situations. Optimal will try minimize cost of these errors. this paper, we develop model employing optimum which can determined. Our applications suggest that, inspection, tighter than those commonly used manufacturing. We have also implemented as Web service determining limits.
