摘要: Martensitic steels are considered for structural applications fusion power plants, but they limited by strength to operating temperatures below 550-600degC. For increased plant efficiency, >650degC service sought. Based on the science of precipitate strengthening, a thermomechanical treatment (TMT) was developed that respectively at 700degC commercial nitrogen-containing and new designed TMT 80 200% greater than with conventional heat treatment. Precipitates in after were up eight-times smaller number density four orders magnitude
