摘要: Abstract We report a potential method to improve the room temperature formaldehyde (HCHO) gas-sensing properties of layer-by-layer self-assembled reduced graphene oxide (rGO) film by introducing special hierarchical flower-like zinc (ZnO) structure. Hierarchical ZnO structures are developed one step hydrothermal synthesis methods. Both rGO and rGO/ZnO sensitive films respond at once when exposed HCHO temperature. The responses 2–10 ppm enhanced in hybrid compared with pure films. attributed more adsorption sites on surface barrier height for electron transfer during gas sensing process.
