摘要: Objective This study assessed whether smoking in the movies was associated with young adults. Methods A national web-enabled cross-sectional survey of 1528 adults, aged 18–25, performed between September and November 2005. Logistic regression path analysis using probit were used to assess relationships exposure behavior. Analysis completed December 2006. Results Exposure predicted current smoking. The adjusted odds increased by a factor 1.21 for each quartile increase (p Conclusions association adult behavior exhibited dose–response relationship; more exposed movies, likely he or she would have smoked past 30 days become an established smoker.
