Structural, magnetic and electrical properties of the sol-gel prepared Li0.5Fe2.5O4 fine particles

摘要: Fine particles of lithium ferrite were synthesized by the sol-gel method. By subsequent heat treatment at different temperatures, ferrites grain sizes prepared. A structural characterization all samples was conducted x-ray diffraction technique. size around 12 nm observed for Li0.5Fe2.5O4 obtained through Magnetic properties nanoparticles with ranging from to 32 studied. Magnetization measurements showed that fine exhibit a deviation predicted magnetic behaviour. The as-prepared sample maximum saturation magnetization 75 emu g−1. Variation coercivity is attributed transition multi-domain single domain nature. Dielectric permittivity and ac conductivity evaluated as function frequency, temperature size. frequency reveals dispersion due Maxwell–Wagner type interfacial polarization.
