摘要: Background After an era of only considering the allergenic properties infant diet and allergy outcomes, emerging data suggest that overall composition might be a more important factor in development allergic disease. Objective We sought to assess relationship between dietary patterns first year life food by age 2 years. Methods performed nested, case-control, within-cohort study. Mothers kept prospective diaries for life, with resultant coded unique manner produce new variables, which were then analyzed using principal component analysis identify feeding within study subjects. Results Principal diary from 41 infants given diagnosis based on results double-blind, placebo-controlled challenges years their 82 age-matched control subjects provided early pattern ongoing pattern. There was no difference groups pattern, but there significant ( P  = .001). This characterized higher intake fruits, vegetables, home-prepared foods, having significantly healthy score than children who had allergy. Conclusions An consisting high levels foods is associated less
