摘要: Metastatic choriocarcinoma of the brain is a curable lesion. Success requires first high index suspicion that patient may have choriocarcinoma. These tumors develop in women childbearing age and commonly produce signs symptoms subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracerebral or tumor. Diagnosis can be established by radioactive scan brain, x-ray examinations chest, bio-assay patient's urine cerebrospinal fluid for chorionic gonadotropin. Cure obtained extirpation tumor, triple chemotherapy, irradiation site cerebral metastasis.
