摘要: Abstract In this paper we report about the Electron Spin Resonance signal of tetrahedral amorphous carbon deposited by a Filtered Cathodic Vacuum Arc. We found that two types non-interacting defects exist. Defects one type, giving rise to lorentzian line-shape, are probably clustered. other gaussian component, diluted in network and their behaviour is affected local disorder. A discussion spin-spin spin lattice relaxation times presented origin low spin-lattice time discussed.
