摘要: Raman investigations were carried out in the low-frequency and amide I regions on lysozyme aqueous solutions absence presence of trehalose. spectroscopy gives unique opportunity to analyze protein solvent dynamics range while monitoring unfolding process by capturing spectrum band. From analysis quasielastic intensity, a dynamic change is firstly observed highly hydrated protein, around 70 °C, interpreted relation with denaturation mechanism protein. The use heavy water partly deuterated trehalose clear information protein–trehalose interactions native state (at room temperature) during thermal lysozyme.
