摘要: We report the design and testing of an analog superconducting time-division multiplexer to instrument large format arrays low-temperature bolometers microcalorimeters. The circuit is designed multiplex array quantum interference devices, thereby simplifying wiring room temperature electronics. have fabricated a prototype 8×1 chip show switching rate 1 MHz. calculate that 32×32 or larger feasible.
