摘要: Summary The chemical composition of the Zymomonas mobilis biomass and culture liquid after ethanol levan synthesis were studied. activities intra- extracellular levansucrase produced by Z. strain 113 ”S” under optimum conditions both for fructooligosaccharide (FOS) also determined. It was shown that production relates to reduction carbohydrate lipid content in increasing nucleic acid protein content. producing activity cellular approximately 30–40% total second fermentation stage. established cell free liquid, containing ethanol, levan, gluconic sucrose (15%) at 25 °C, did not show any additional synthesising activity. At FOS (45 °C 70% sucrose), cell-free exhibited a high (31% from carbohydrates), with slightly reduced concluded as result simultaneous production, remaining well could be used production.
