摘要: The association between chronic infection by hepadnaviruses isolated from human (HBV), woodchuck (WHV), ground squirrel (GSHV) and development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in their respective hosts is well established (reviewed [11, 15, 17]). By contrast, the duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) with HCC less documented. Pekin ducks congenitally infected DHBV followed for several years throughout world do not develop liver tumors: has been found only domestic a single area China, Qidong. Several factors such as carrier rate, breed age ducks, subtype environmental carcinogens are suspected to contribute this striking difference geographical repartition cancer DHBV-carrier ducks. In brief review we will consider successively role these different oncogenesis.
