摘要: This chapter is aimed at investigating the wear behaviour of polymeric materials under water lubricated conditions. A review various factors contributing to polymers and associated mechanisms in presence presented. part this evaluates polyamide 66 against steel aqueous environments. The polymer was tested different static fluctuating load parameters. Compared dry sliding, absorption deteriorated performance polyamides. It postulated that observed changes are caused by extensive plasticization swelling polymer.
