摘要: Objectives: To examine the rates and correlates of treatment satisfaction, perceived effectiveness, dropout among older users mental health services. Method: We used data from Canadian Community Health Survey-Mental Well-Being (CCHS-1.2), which includes 12,792 individuals aged ≥55 years. The average age these participants was 67 years 53.2% were female. examined for those who had services in past year, logistic regression to outcomes. Results: Of adults included CCHS-1.2, 664 (5.3%) year. majority satisfied with (88.5%) be effective (83.6%), is likely why only 15.5% dropped out In models, social support significantly positively related both satisfaction effectiveness. Perceived effectiveness variable dropout, lower levels associated greater odds dropping treatment.
