摘要: An infrastructure combining several complementary models of physical space (set-theoretic, topological, metric, affine/euclidean, symbolic/semantic) makes it possible to support location-based services at all relevant scales, in kinds smart devices environments A template for this may draw a conceptual analogy the layered abstraction levels network protocols. Based upon such general framework, location should become integral service/device discovery and management infrastructures, as basic attribute networked entities, supporting both location-directed queries events.
