摘要: In the last years many building designers have turned their attention to natural ventilation, due potential benefits in terms of energy consumption related ventilation and air-conditioning, especially mild moderate climates. Consequently, several calculation techniques been developed design predict performance ventilation. This article presents a review existing approaches performance, including simple empirical models, nodal models (mono-zone multi-zones), zonal CFD models. For each approach, we analyse physical basis, main modelling assumptions, necessary input data area applicability. Thus, integration these methodologies available simulation programs is examined, with reference different phases process some examples application are given. The aim identify practical limits designing predicting its consequent need for further developments.
