摘要: Summary The yeast RNA binding proteins Nrd1 and Nab3 are required for termination of nonpolyadenylated transcripts from polymerase (Pol) II-transcribed snRNA snoRNA genes. In this paper, we show that NRD1 expression is regulated by Nrd1- Nab3-directed premature termination. Sequences recognized these present in mRNA expression. Chromatin immunoprecipitation transcription run-on experiments that, wild-type cells, Pol II occupancy high at the 5′ end gene decreases 3′ end. Mutation sites within leads to a relative increase downstream sequences. We further autoregulation involves components exosome newly discovered exosome-activating complex.
