摘要: Novel approaches to treatment of malignant glioma, the most frequently occurring primary brain tumor, have included use a wide range oncolytic viral vectors. These vectors, either naturally tumor-selective, or engineered as such, shown promise in handful phase I and II clinical trials conducted recent years. The strategies developed for each different viruses currently being studied history their development are summarized here. In addition, results patients implication future also discussed.
