摘要: The field of Ca++ transport in mitochondria has become rather complicated recent times. In addition to the energy—linked transport, which been studied intensively last seven or eight years (1), other binding processes have described. Azzone and his group (2–3) reported large amounts by liver absence metabolism; part takes place at surface mitochondrion, is thought reflect reaction with phospholipids mitochondrial membrane, another probably occurs intramitochondrial space, linked opposite translocation a stoichiometric amount K+: efflux K+ responsible for uptake Ca++. More recently, Reynafarje Lehninger (4) described so called “high-affinity” very small isolated mitochondria, suggested that phenomenon reflects existence carrier molecule specific membrane.
